Utilizing a highly versatile and precise 6-way touch-triggered probe with a motorized indexing measuring head to flexibly position the sensor during measurement, the GLOBAL Touch+ model is designed to provide exceptional tactile measuring performance on prismatic parts.

GLOBAL Scan+

General measurements of size characteristics and high-performance touch scanning

GLOBAL Scan+ extends the capabilities of CMMs by integrating tactile scanning, Continuous Contact Scanning, thus offering a fast and precise solution for the acquisition of a large number of surface points. This technology allows shape and profile measurements to be carried out with high precision, essential for the inspection of functional parts.

By combining touch scanning with an automatic measuring head, GLOBAL Scan+ ensures optimal flexibility. The probe can be oriented at different angles, facilitating access to complex parts. In addition, its integrated stylus changer rack speeds up the inspection process by allowing rapid stylus changes within a measurement program, without restricting the available measurement volume.

GLOBAL Speed

High-performance measurements of entire part surfaces with high measuring point density using laser scanners

The GLOBAL Speed comes standard with Hexagon’s state-of-the-art laser scanning sensor, which combines speed, precision and flexibility for efficient, contactless capture of point clouds on free-form surfaces.

Designed for a wide range of applications, from complex housings to turbine blades, it allows entire surfaces to be measured with high efficiency, thanks to a laser scanner capable of reading up to 600,000 points per second. This ultra-precise data can then be compared to nominal CAD models or used for reverse engineering.
